Santos confirms it is currently in negotiation with various Westpac entities regarding the possible acquisition of the Delhi group of companies and related Floating Interest Energy LinkeD Securities (FIELDS).
Santos has been in discussions for some time; however these have not resulted in any agreement to date.
Completion of negotiations is subject to Santos being able to agree terms satisfactory to the Company.
