Santos Limited today announces that Ms Yasmin Allen AM will retire as a Non-Executive Director of Santos, effective 21 February 2026.
Ms Allen has served as a Non-Executive Director of Santos since her appointment in October 2014. She has provided expertise and guidance to the Board during a period of transformation for the company including execution of three major growth transactions, two material growth projects and one of the world’s largest and lowest cost onshore carbon capture and storage facilities, as the company remains focused on delivering shareholder value.
Ms Allen was Chair of the People, Remuneration and Culture Committee from September 2017 to April 2024 and has been a member of the People, Remuneration and Culture Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.
Ms Allen said, “I am honoured to have served on the Board of Santos and am proud of the company’s achievements and growth over that time.”
Santos Chair Keith Spence said, “On behalf of the Board, I extend our gratitude to Yasmin for her diligent service to Santos. Her insights and dedication have been invaluable. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.”
Ms Allens’ retirement follows the completion of her current term.
