Santos refers to the Merger Implementation Deed (MID) with Oil Search, released to the ASX on 10 September 2021, under which the two companies will combine via an Oil Search Scheme of Arrangement.
The indicative timetable in the MID said that the First Court Date would be on or around 27 October 2021. The First Court Date is now expected on or around 10 November 2021.
