Corporate Governance

To reach a wide audience, we have a multifaceted approach to communications. Our communications include company updates via our website, publication of annual financial and sustainability reports, quarterly, interim and full year results reports, ASX releases and media releases,regular investor briefings, community newsletters, and face-to-face stakeholder meetings. 

Santos’ Board has established a set of group-wide program of corporate governance policies and charters that meet the requirements of:

  • The Corporations Act 2001.
  • ASX Rules.
  • The ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations with 2010 Amendments (ASX Principles).


Santos endorses the Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI) Principles for Countering Corruption and the group-wide corporate governance program incorporates and adheres to the PACI Principles.

Policies include: Santos’ Shareholder Communication and Market Disclosure Policy Government Engagement and Political Donations Policy Gifts and Benefits Policy, Media Contact Policy Reporting Misconduct Policy and Anti-corruption Policy Santos’ Code of Conduct incorporates these policies.
