Community engagement and stakeholder relationships are a critical part of Santos’ business strategy and operations.
We encourage employees to get involved in community activities. We monitor, and where possible, measure and report on the outcomes of these activities, and identify and act on areas for improvement.
We identify the potential social impacts of our operations and manage these. We share information, and to ensure open and appropriate channels of communication, we have developed project-specific community engagement plans for our major operations.
