In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.17A.2, Santos gives notice that a resolution requisitioned by shareholders under section 249N of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and announced to the ASX on 11 February 2022 has been withdrawn by those shareholders. The resolution that has been withdrawn proposed an amendment to the Constitution which was duplicative of a similar requisitioned resolution announced to the ASX on 10 February 2022.
The Notice of Meeting will include all resolutions that will be considered at the meeting along with the Board’s response and voting recommendations.
