Santos Ltd advises that on Saturday 25 January a section of the Moomba Gas Plant flare system was damaged during planned maintenance.The Plant was subsequently shut down to enable repairs to be undertaken, resulting in the curtailment of gas production.
Repairs have since been satisfactorily completed and gas production recommenced on Monday 27 January.
The disruption will not have any material economic impact on Santos.
