Santos has released its 2011 Annual and Sustainability Reports, and notice of its 2012 Annual General Meeting.
The 2011 Annual Report details Santos’ performance and results for the 2011 calendar year, and outlines the company’s outlook and strategy.
The 2011 Sustainability Report provides information on Santos’ management approach and sustainability performance for 2011 in the four categories of environment, community, our people and economic.
The 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Thursday, 3 May 2012 starting at 10am. This year, Santos has combined its AGM Notice of Meeting with its annual shareholder update – a condensed version of the annual report.
