The Board of Santos Ltd is pleased to announce that Mr. Graeme William McGregor AO, BEc, FCPA, FCA has today been appointed a Director.
Mr. McGregor, aged 60, recently retired from The Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited where he had been an Executive Director since 1996 and the Executive Director Finance since 1997. Between 1992 and 1996 Mr. McGregor was the Executive General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of BHP Service Companies. Mr. McGregor is a Director of Fosters Brewing Group Ltd, a former Director of QCT Resources Ltd and Tubemakers of Australia Ltd and a former Victorian and National President of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a life member and fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
