2011 Sustainability Report Assurance Statement
Santos commissioned Net Balance Management Group to provide independent assurance of the Santos 2011 Sustainability Report.
Santos was responsible for the preparation of the report, which presents Santos’ sustainability performance during the period 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2011, and this statement represents the assurance provider’s independent opinion.
Net Balance’s responsibility in performing its assurance activities is to the Santos Board of Directors alone and in accordance with the terms of reference agreed with them. Other stakeholders should perform their own due diligence before taking any action as a result of this statement.
