Retail Entitlement Offer 2009
On 13 May 2009, Santos announced that it had successfully raised approximately $1.75 billion through the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer, and that the retail component of the Entitlement Offer would be underwritten.

Share Buy-Back 2008
On 21 August 2008, Santos announced an off-market buy-back of approximately $300 million worth of Santos Limited ordinary shares.

FUELS
On 24 August 2004 Santos announced the redemption of its existing Reset Convertible Preference Shares and the issue of FUELS, which stands for Franked Unsecured Equity Listed Securities. The FUELS capital management program closed oversubscribed, raising $600 million.
