Perfect conditions welcomed more than 200 Santos participants in the recent Adelaide City-Bay Fun Run – a number surpassing the record set last year of 185 entrants.

At the annual Bridge to Brisbane fun run held earlier in the month, 70 Santos participants defied a howling westerly wind to post some good results.
The first Santos runners over the line in the men’s and women’s 10 kilometre runs were Piotr Puchala (43.34) and Dee Walsh (50:01). Bradley Clemments (26:48) was the first five kilometre men’s runner over the line, while Philippa Kassianos (31.54) the first woman.

Supporting the JDRF
Part of Santos’ participation has involved fundraising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. So far the team has raised more than $400 for the JDRF – and there’s still time to put in.
