STVDIO, Australia's new arts TV channel, has produced this video about 2010 AbaF Partnering Award winners Santos and Queensland Art Gallery.
The video is being aired on channel 132 on Foxtel and Austar, and features interviews with Santos Vice President Queensland Rick Wilkinson and Queensland Art Gallery Director Tony Ellwood, who discuss the multi-year partnership and its strategic focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
The relationship between Santos and the Gallery dates back to 1990, and was last year extended with Santos becoming presenting sponsor of the Gallery’s annual summer exhibition. The upcoming summer exhibition, 21st Century: Art in the First Decade opens this weekend.
