Santos has again put in a record showing at Adelaide’s City-Bay Fun Run, with 185 participants joining about 31,000 others for the annual event. The total squeaked past the record set last year of 182 Santos entrants.
Congratulations go to all who took part, with special mentions for the first Santos runners over the line in the women’s and men’s 12 kilometre runs, Jasi Watson and Andrew McCouaig.
Santos covered entry fees hosted a breakfast for runners and walkers with the Asthma SA team after the race.
Supporting the JDRF
Part of Santos’ participation has involved fundraising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
So far the team has raised more than $1,300 for the JDRF. Santos will match all donations dollar for dollar.
